Business between Easy Ride Transfers Ltd and clients is a booking transaction based on the
terms and conditions defined here (on this website). When any client books Easy Ride
Transfers Ltd services the assumption, therefore, is that the client agrees to all the terms
and conditions defined here. You agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding
contracts and you are at least over 18 years old.
BOOKINGS
All bookings will be confirmed in email or otherwise by an authorized representative of Easy
Ride Transfers Ltd. Changes or variations to any journey other than that which was agreed
and quoted for at the time of the booking may be charged accordingly.
Customers must ensure they choose the right vehicle for their journey in terms of
passenger numbers and luggage. Please note due to safety regulations, Easy Ride Transfers
Drivers will not carry baggage in the vehicle cabin, therefore all baggage must fit within the
boot. Vehicles that are booked by the client, that are not suitable for the purpose for which
they have been booked, may be subject to extra charges and may result in a delayed
transfer. Please contact one of our advisors if you require any assistance with your size /
type of vehicle. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct flight details and
correct contact number, for any contact. If in any case the driver cannot make contact with
customer or vice versa within the waiting time limit provided, the driver will be removed
from pick up location and booking classed as a no-show. If the customer contacts after the
time limit, they will be revoked as a new booking. Subject to pay the full amount.
All online bookings are subject to Easy Ride Transfers Ltd approval. Occasionally errors may
occur where online maps & quotes are calculated incorrectly, in the instance where an error
is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Easy Ride Transfers Ltd shall maintain
the right to charge the difference in price or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. All specials and
promotions limited to availability. Call for current prices. We reserve the right to limit
quantities of promotional products. Separate policies apply to specific offers within this
website. See individual offer policies and notes for details.
We are not responsible for typographical errors, and we make every effort to ensure the
accuracy of the information published in our brochures and websites. The documents and
graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
We make no representation about the suitability of the information and graphics
represented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided “as is” without
warranty of any kind. Online prices are valid for UK travel only. If you require traveling to
Europe, please call our office. All bookings scheduled between 22:00 pm – 05:00 am are
subject to 20% additional charges from online prices. Online prices or bookings do not allow
for Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or Day and boxing day where 50% additional charges will
apply. All bookings scheduled into, Toll roads, parking, congestion Charge Zone will incur
charges accordingly.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a booking must be made by email or telephone and with a minimum of 24
hours’ notice prior to time of booking. Cancellation informed less than 24 hours’ notice,
prior to the time of booking will incur a 100% cancellation of the quoted price for provision
of service.
WAITING TIME
A maximum free time of 15 minutes for address pick-up and 30-60 minutes for
Airport/Seaport pick-up (depending on class category). In the event that Easy Ride Transfers
Drivers are unable to make contact with the client we will classify this booking to be a
passenger no-show and will be subject to 100% cancellation charges and £45-£90 per hour
(depending on class category) waiting time or part thereof.
PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Easy Ride Transfers Insurers will not cover injury caused by passenger(s) irresponsibility
such as not wearing a seat belt or opening doors before the vehicle has come to a halt.
Under no circumstances will the vehicle carry more passengers than the vehicle is licensed
to carry. In the event of sickness, spillages and soiling in the vehicle, the cost of a valet and
time lost will be a minimum of £250.00. Customer’s property is carried at their own risk and
Easy Ride Transfers Ltd shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss or damage to such
property.
Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a
vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in
order to reinstate a vehicle to working order – as well as any subsequent loss of earnings for
the driver for the consequence of their vehicle being off the road.
By law small children require additional appropriate restraints. We provide no assistance in
the fitting of your child seats or restraints. It is the adult passenger(s) entire responsibility to
make sure any children in his/her care are properly secured.
JOURNEY
Easy Ride Transfers Ltd will do its utmost to ensure our Drivers are punctual. We will not be
liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our
obligations under a Contract that is caused by an event beyond Our Control. An Event
beyond Our Control is defined as any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including
war, invasion, hostilities (whether war declared or not), civil war, revolution, rebellion, Storm,
flood, snow, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public
or private telecommunications networks. Without limitation traffic delays, tyre punctures,
road traffic accidents, road closures due to accidents and vehicle breakdowns, strikes and
lockouts. Please note: In the event of vehicles break down, punctures or accidents – we will
do our best to finish the journey with another fellow Driver but will not guarantee the arrival
time. If an Event beyond our control takes place that affects the performance of our
obligations under a contract. We will contact you as soon as possible to notify you.
In order to maintain exceptional levels of service Easy Ride Transfers Ltd may occasionally
and at peak times provide subcontracted vehicles. We advise please take into account extra
times, especially for the airport, train stations, seaports and meetings etc when booking.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by debit/credit card. Please allow sufficient time for payments to
reach Easy Ride Transfers Ltd prior to your date of travel. We accept all major credit cards.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Easy Ride Transfers Ltd Drivers will drive at safe speeds in accordance with road conditions,
traffic and legal speed limits. We have the right to refuse to carry any passenger(s) who is
thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat
to the Driver(s), the vehicle or the other passenger(s). We will not tolerate any verbal or
physical abuse directed to its Drivers or other staff. Easy Ride Transfers Ltd maintains a
strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
FRAUD
Payments must be authorized by the cardholder named in the booking. We withhold the
right to cancel your booking without prior notice if we reasonably suspect that you or the
cardholder are associated with any kind of fraudulent activity. Such suspicion may be based
on the following activities:
• You cannot provide, when questioned, information about the itinerary such as full
pick up and destination addresses, full passenger name and contact number or any
other mandatory requirements by the company;
• You cannot provide when questioned, contact information for the cardholder so that
we may carry out security checks;
• The cardholder did not authorize the payment and claims that the booking is
fraudulent:
• There have been previous fraudulent activity/chargebacks by you or the cardholder;
• Information given while booking is erroneous/ inadequate/ inconsistent/ linked to
fraudulent behavior;
• There have been multiple payment attempts with inconsistent data entered.
If we reasonably suspect that you or the cardholder are associated with any kind of
fraudulent activity, we reserve full rights to refuse any bookings and we may report you or
the cardholder to the fraud department.
